Community Arts Program, Organizations
SCAC offers small grants to local groups and organizations that request funds to assist with the costs of an arts related activity. We need a completed application that includes a clear budget and samples of work. The goals must meet our mandate to support local artists and local arts initiatives in or closely associated with Shelburne County. In the past, SCAC has supported projects like the Harmony Bazaar Festival of Women and Song (pictured here), the Whirligig and Weathervane Festival, and Shelburne's Guild Hall farmers market arts tent and music jam sessions.
Grant Amount: Usually $100 to $1000.
Deadlines: April 30 and September 30.
