Grants to Individual Artists
SCAC offers small grants to local artists who request funds to assist with the costs of an arts related activity. We need a completed application that includes a clear budget and samples of work. The goals must meet our mandate to support local artists and local arts initiatives in or closely associated with Shelburne County. In the past, SCAC has supported a jewelry maker in need of supplies, a photographer taking an on-line course, a writer taking a writing workshop.
Grant Amount: Usually $100 to $1000.
Deadlines: April 30 and September 30.
