As a registered charity, all donations are tax deductible. Memberships are good from January to December each year.

With your help, the Shelburne County Arts Council supports local artists in many ways...
- created two endowment funds, one to help fund a scholarship and the other to help local artists
- buys supplies for local artists
- has published local books & helps local music get recorded and local music videos get made
- created a poetry book section in a local library and hosts poetry slams
- grants scholarships to students heading to post secondary programs to study the arts
- assists with the commissioning, funding and creation of public art
- brings artists to Shelburne County to make presentations and hold workshops
- supports the artistic work of other, local organizations
